They were outcasts, misfits, nerds, the unseen. Relegated to the fringes of high school society. In their groups of two, three, or four, they were nothing. They watched with envy as the popular clique ruled the halls. Why did so few hold all the power?
The invitation spread like wildfire. Most showed up simply because they'd never been invited to a high school party before. The goal? Unite the band and choir kids, thespians and debaters, anyone who no longer wanted to be a castoff. Overnight they amassed a group of over one hundred, everyone who had ever felt overlooked. They could run this school.
And so we raise a toast. To the once and future king. Who dared to dream of a day when the losers became the winners, the geeks became prom queens, and the many took their rightful seat at the table of power. All hail.
