Not Your Grandmother's Landscape brings together artists flipping the script on one of art's oldest genres. They're taking mountains, prairies, and skies and running them through a creative blender. What comes out? Something bold. Unexpected. A little rebellious.
Expect colors that don't exist in nature (but maybe should). Horizons that bend and break. Techniques that blur painting, photography, and something entirely new.

One Friday a month, 80th Street turns into an art walk.
And you're invited.
Every 3rd Friday, the galleries of Downtown Overland Park open their doors for an evening of original art, live creativity, and the kind of energy that makes you glad you got off the couch.
No tickets. No reservations. No dress code. Just show up, wander, and see what catches your eye.
This is what a creative community looks like.
Kids dragging their parents toward a sculpture. Couples debating which piece belongs over their fireplace. First-time collectors realizing original art isn't as scary (or expensive) as they thought. Artists standing next to their work, happy to tell you the story behind it.
It's a night out that actually feels like something.
We're not the only gallery doing this. That's the point.
